Using commercial grade chemicals and high pressure washing, we can remove dirt, moss, algae, grease, and rust from your property. Taking early action blasts out everything that has built up over time, stopping damage before it has a chance to really create a major headache for the owner.

SERVICES
High pressure removal of deep-set dirt and algae makes your concrete look years newer. Rust and grease stains are separate treatments.
Gutters get ugly black streaks that are difficult to remove because of oxidation over time. We use a special chemical for treating this.
Certain outdoor chairs and tables can be easily cleaned with a medium pressure.
Many fences that look old are mostly just dirty and full of mold and algal growth.
Organic growth on buildings and roofs can cause streaking and uneven color. We can remove anything that hasn't worked its way into siding.
Concrete Cleaning:
$0.20-0.25 per sq. ft. This scales with larger driveways and walkways.
Rust/Grease Stain Removal:
$50 per stain, unless there are multiple very close or they are not deep.
Gutter De-Striping or Gutter Cleaning:
$1 per linear foot around perimeter of roof.
House Cleaning (Soft Wash):
~$0.15 per sq. ft. using the footprint of the house (varies with amount of stories and material of house).
Roof Cleaning (Soft Wash):
~$0.40 per sq. ft. using the footprint of the house.
Outdoor furniture:
Based on complexity and amount of furniture. Generally $25-50 range per set.
Some services require an in-person measurement. The bidding process is free.
I have a required minimum service order of $75. If the ticket is larger than $75, this will not be included.
It depends on the job, but for most we use sodium hypochlorite (diluted bleach), Simple Green degreaser, and a surfactant. All of these are safe to use on your house and belongings with our mixture. The bleach kills organics in the surface, and both the degreaser/surfactant act as soaps to help clean dirt and grime better than water alone.
Yes. We flush grass and other plants with water before, during, and after treatment to make sure they don't absorb the chemicals. They will be unnaffected.
I work on a square foot based price depending on the service I'm conducting. For some services, it's a flat rate per job. There is a pricing sheet above this section in case you missed it.
After the work is complete, I will invoice your using Joist. I also accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, GooglePay, and CashApp. For higher ticket jobs, a down payment might be necessary.
